Does Ricky work with WhatsApp and Instagram?

Yes. Ricky receives and replies to WhatsApp conversations and direct messages from Instagram professional accounts.
Can I keep the WhatsApp Business app?
Ricky offers an option called WhatsApp Business app to connect the number and keep using the app. Final availability depends on the account and on Meta's process.
Does the AI reply as soon as I connect a channel?
Not necessarily. The channel must have an assigned agent and the AI must be on.
Can a person take over?
Yes. Open the conversation, pause the AI and reply manually. You can turn the agent back on afterward.
Does connecting an integration give access to everything?
No. The connected account defines the available access, and each agent has its own selection of tools.
Who can connect channels and integrations?
Workspace admins manage these connections.
