Get the resolutions report

/reports/resolutions

Conversations closed in the period and how long they were open. Days and hours are America/Panama time, like the Reports pages; each number is compared with the previous period of the same length.

Scope: reports:read.

Query Parameters

from?string

First day, YYYY-MM-DD, America/Panama, inclusive. Send it with to; without both, the report covers the last 7 days including today.

How long conversations stay open before someone closes them. Every close in the period counts, dated when it happened; resolution time runs from the opening of that span to the close. Conversations without a single message are left out.
