Audio messages with OpenAI Whisper now supported

Ricky now transcribes voice notes from WhatsApp using OpenAI Whisper. Customers can send a 30-second audio message and the agent reads it as text and replies in real time.

Whisper handles Spanish out of the box, which is the language most LATAM customers send voice notes in. Transcription is logged alongside the original audio so the conversation history stays complete.
